In our experience, continuous practice strengthens the body, brings peace and helps us to develop confidence and security. Therefore, we have decided to go a step further and create a space for everyone to take their time and regain their rhythm.

From our first interest, to develop mindfulness, we have different proposals because there are many ways to get there and, moreover, they can be changed and complemented depending on the moment. We propose, of course, the work from mindfulness.

The objective is to share the benefits that yoga and meditation have brought me personally, to help people feel better and to create a pleasant meeting place to give us our space and our time.
