The Yoga space is a place whose approach to bodywork aims to develop a conscious, healthy and deep relationship with oneself. Through a practice that combines sensitivity, movement, stillness, breathing and relaxation; we care for and nourish our body while nurturing a more conscious, calm, open, sincere and understanding mind.
We begin with a few moments to let go of tension, relax and become aware of the body. Once we have become more conscious, we start the practice through movement. In this way we awaken the body and prepare it to enter into the stillness of the Yoga postures (asanas), while creating an atmosphere of silence that favors the development of attention and concentration.
All sessions are designed for a specific work on the body, are an evolution of the previous one and end with a few moments of relaxation. The enjoyment of the practice and the necessary space to feel and awaken the awareness of one’s own body and mind are vital in this Yoga Space.
